ADP Offers Employment-Screening Checks.

 

ADP UK has added pre-employment checking to its list of services through a partnership deal with employment-screening services provider BackCheck.

 

BackCheck will carry out a range of checks to protect employers form employing fraudulent, dishonest or otherwise unsuitable candidates, and will check their employment history, right to work verifications, reference and criminal checks. ADP will use BackCheck's platform to offer what it describes as an 'integrated proposition', whereby the HR-payroll solution can alert managers when the necessary screening is incomplete, giving consistency of policy application across the organisation.
